Nature is always changing and so are we. When we resist change we use an enormous amount of energy to stay numb and unconscious. We defend our current identity and labels but the pressure to grow is unrelenting and you WILL change. You can do it consciously and in the flow OR life will do it for you. To have more #money, #love, and #health embracing change is critical
