The Creation is The Point
Why your programs matter even when they don’t “convert” and how to stay steady in the sacred act of creation.
Let go of the outcome of your work. Anchor in your heart. And trust that money will meet you where your energy is open and in the amounts your nervous system can tolerate.
Money can come from anywhere at any time.
It’s not tethered to your clients, your customers, or your employer. Those can all vanish in the blink of an eye. They aren’t your Source; Source is your Source.
But your heart can never be lost, although we wander away from it again and again.
Lately, I’ve been watching people spend more and more on things they think will solve their money issues. And in doing so, they just dig the hole deeper.
Worried about money, we make decisions from fear, which perpetuates the very thing we’re trying to get away from, so we stay continually freaked out about money. What you resist, persists. Oh yeah, that old thing.
I’ve done it too. Shit, I’m doing it right now!
(Also, I’ve done this more times than I’d like to admit.)
Some time ago, I created a $97 product from the Train Your Body to Wealth program.
It’s powerful. It’s 42 days of material. It’s everything from the program without the live delivery.
I’ve seen it shift people’s finances at the root over and over again..
When someone finds it and commits to the practice, something magical happens.
Money begins to weave around them, untangling old stories, showing them where true wealth lives and how they’ve been avoiding money because their nervous system was rejecting it.
And yet?
Despite all the marketing for the full program and the self-study version, it rarely ever sells, so I decided to move on.
I sat for months believing the full program was sold.
It wasn’t.
And when I discovered that it had been forgotten, it stung. I processed that, learned some good lessons about selling programs, and then I asked the same questions you probably would:
Do I try again to re-sell it?
Do I let it fade away?
Do I hit delete on all those files?
None of that.
Here’s the thing: I planted a powerful seed.
It exists in the world now.
It changes the lives of those who find and tend it.
It never fails to flower and produce when watered with commitment.
It’s out there to be found.
And you know what?
That’s enough.
We forget sometimes. Ok, lots of times.
As service providers.
As creators.
As mystics with marketing plans.
We forget that our job is not to control the results.
Our job is to channel energy into form.
We are conduits and the collective benefits from our creations.
But when we grasp for outcomes from our writing, our programs, and our products, the energy knots.
Our attitude frays.
Our faith wobbles.
And the money dries up.
Programs have their own life cycle.
Some take off.
Some hit the ground like a tub of shit.
Some flow through for a season.
Some become signature frameworks that define a lifetime.
It’s not our job to know which will happen.
It’s our job to bring it through and love it while it’s here.
Remember to listen to the rhythms in your own system.
Is it time to create?
Is it time to let go?
Is it time to dig in?
Is it time to grieve a death?
Is it time to move on?
You’ll know. If you’re willing to be honest with yourself, you’ll know more than you ever thought possible. When you get still, you’ll remember what you’re really doing here.
Because the creation is the point.
Our aligned hearts are where life-force energy transforms into matter.
This is true alchemy.
Do you see?
You took the energy of an invisible IDEA and gave it form!
You wrote some words on paper.
You transferred knowledge to children and adults.
You made a book, sang a song, built a cup, crocheted a blanket.
You blended paint, essential oils, or flower water and created something that activates EMOTION in other living beings.
Can you please, FFS, take a moment and recognize the power in being ABLE to create?
I love my pets, but they can’t create much other than decorating my floors with an enormous amount of fur, which I guess creates money for the vacuum cleaner people, but you know what I mean here.
This is the miracle. YOU are the miracle, so does it really matter if it makes money? Because if that one doesn’t finance your life, another one will, or again, money comes from lots of places when we let it.
And when you remember that - you’ll stop chasing outcomes and following gurus and creating more debt to get out of debt.
You’ll start following the urge to grow.
You’ll act from power instead of panic.
Your value is not determined by who buys what and when and for how much. It’s in what you dared to bring into form. Hell, it’s THAT you dared to bring something into form at all, and that’s enough.
Let that become the root of your wealth.
XO,
LMW
