We're Wasting Our Love

Deliberately Deploying the Most Transformative Energy Available to Us

We are in possession of the most transformational energy on the planet: love.

We’re capable of generating it any time we want. Radiating love serves everyone but, most of all, ourselves. It heals. It uplifts. It creates more of itself. It changes the world.

And yet we sit around not activating love, not directing love, refusing to be the answer to someone’s midnight prayer, and wasting all that power.

We hand out power over to worry, the news, and money issues. We what if ourselves into panic, anger, or worse, a zombie-like state of frozen numbness.

Let me say this again:

we have - right this red hot minute - access to self-generative power that can transform the thorniest of problems - and we’re watching Netflix rather than activating the weapon that ends all weapons.

WTF? We’ve been dazzled, duped, and doped into apathy and endless complaining, and I can’t because-ing.

Let’s try something different, yeah?

1. Watch Netflix
2. Doom scroll
3. Eat snacks
4. All of the above

OR

Take 15 minutes:

1. Remember someone we love to amp up the light in our hearts
2. Imagine roses pouring out of our hearts, radiating a loving light
3. Fill our houses, cities, states, and countries with this loving light
4. See and feel it expanding to cover the whole world
5. Intend that anyone suffering will unconsciously feel this love, and it will uplift them so that, if only for a moment, they may feel hope
6. Bring our energies back to our rooms

And then, if you wanna...

1. Watch Netflix
2. Doom scroll
3. Eat snacks
4. All of the above

It takes so little to radiate love to the entire planet.

I'm all about doing your Shadow work, but some of us have forgotten how to generate light.

Don't deny the darkness, but stop allowing it to drown you.

Choose consciousness.
Be the beacon.
Radiate love.
