When Mind Reaches for Solutions They Can't Be Found
Looking for answers leads to procrastination
As soon as Mind "reaches" for a solution to a problem, the door to creativity and inspiration slams shut.
Inside a room with a closed door, Mind runs in circles, ruminating and terrorizing your entire system.
This is madness.
This is wasted time and energy.
This is the source of procrastination.
This is why walks, somatic journaling, and naps help.
They restore flow.
They release Mind.
They open the door.
Reaching and efforting are subtle. They start long before you're stuck and are the earliest indicators that the cheese is about to slip off the cracker and ruin everything.
Story for a different day, I discovered this early subtle reaching mechanism while taking care of feral cats and practicing mediumship!
For today though, you're invited to join us Dec 16 - 20 to learn The Art of Somatic Journaling so when the door slams shut - you know exactly how to open it.
