You've Been Lied to About Procrastination

You aren’t stuck because you don’t know what to do.
You're stuck because you haven't built the nervous system capacity to handle the consequences of putting your work out into the world.
increased attention causes increased tension
posting the truth causes fear of rejection [exile from the tribe]
vulnerability hangovers can trigger shame attacks
taking a position puts your ass on the line
Bottom line: when you take action and do what you know to do, intense sensations zing through your body.
These sensations are interpreted as dangerous, and taking action is immediately shut down by your Safety-Seeking Self.
It's not a mystery.
You don't need therapy or time trackers.
Meditation alone won't fix this.
You only need 1 thing: take action and stay present with the intense sensations and emotions that follow.
Write with them.
Dance with them.
Shake with them.
Play on repeat.
